Celebrating Earth Day: Technology and Sustainability in Action

This Earth Day, Marvell is proud to be recognized on USA Today’s America’s Climate Leaders 2026 list. This marks the second consecutive year Marvell has received this distinction, reflecting continued progress in reducing the company’s carbon footprint, increasing renewable energy procurement, and advancing toward sustainability targets.
This recognition builds on several other recent honors. Over the past year, Marvell has been acknowledged for its strong sustainability and ethics practices, including being named one of Ethisphere’s Most Ethical Companies, earning recognition as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies, and achieving CDP Sustainability Supplier Engagement Leader status. Marvell Named to America’s Best Midsize Employers 2026 Ranking

In a recent Forbes and Statista ranking, Marvell was named as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2026.
The America’s Best Employers ranking, now in its eleventh year, recognizes organizations that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to fostering collaborative workplaces. To present the ranking, Forbes partnered with established market research firm Statista.
The list is based on over 217,000 U.S. employee independent survey responses from companies with a national workforce of at least 1,000 people. To further categorize the results, companies with between 1,000 and 5,000 employees were deemed midsized, while companies with more than 5,000 people were referred to as large employers. The survey evaluates areas of Atmosphere and Development; Salary and Wage; Company Image; Culture; Working Conditions; and Workplace Environment.

Ripple Effects: Why Water Risk Is the Next Major Business Challenge for the Semiconductor Industry

The semiconductor industry is the bedrock of modern technology, enabling everything from AI and cloud computing to electric vehicles. Yet, this critical sector is also one of the most resource-intensive globally, with a substantial dependency on water. A single fabrication plant can demand up to 10 million gallons of water daily, comparable to the consumption of a city with 300,000 residents. Much of this water is, of course, reused and recycled through sophisticated systems. This immense water usage, particularly the requirement for ultrapure water for processes like cleaning and etching, makes consistent access to high-quality water a non-negotiable for operational reliability and business continuity. The new insights report “Ripple Effects: Water Risk and Resilience Across the Semiconductor Value Chain” provides the first global baseline of water risk hotspots for the semiconductor sector, assessing water risks across 140 facilities across 89 water basins to inform future risk mitigation strategies.

Marvell Recertified as a Great Place to Work

Marvell has been recertified as a Great Place to Work through August 2026. This is the third year in a row that Marvell has earned this distinction in the U.S.—and the second year in both India and Vietnam.
Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture, awards this recognition to companies based on employee feedback from the Trust Index Survey. In the survey, Marvell employees quantified the employee experience, with top results indicating that employees feel welcome in the workplace, where a sense of belonging and community is fostered. This is a meaningful reflection of the inclusive and collaborative culture that Marvell teams are building around the globe.
Marvell thanks its employees for helping make this achievement possible.

Marvell Named to World’s Most Trustworthy Companies List 2025

Marvell has earned a coveted spot in Newsweek and Statista’s global list of the Most Trustworthy Companies for 2025.The top 1,000 companies worldwide across 23 industries were compiled for their good reputation among customers, investors and employees. The publication conducted extensive surveys, reviewing 200,000 company evaluations of brand trust, and utilized social media listening strategies to arrive at these results.
In the Technology Hardware industry category, Marvell sits among industry titans and a total of 45 corporations.
Marvell believes that its achievements in fostering long-standing collaborations and robustly designing award-winning products are what make it a reliable, trustworthy industry leader and partner, thereby earning good credibility among external parties.
