Lenin Patra

Senior Vice President, Platform and Switch Architecture

Lenin Patra is Senior Vice President of Platform and Switch Architecture at Marvell. In this role, he leads the development of next-generation system technologies for high-speed copper and optical interconnects, powering AI and cloud data center applications.

Since joining Marvell in 2005 as a Senior Staff System Design Engineer, Lenin has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. He has held several leadership positions, most recently serving as Vice President and CTO of the Connectivity Business Unit. Prior to Marvell, he was a Senior System Design Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions.

Lenin holds more than 40 patents in the areas of digital signal processing for high-speed networking and communications. He earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the National Institute of Technology.
